Facial Sculpting and Lymphatic Drainage in Dublin
Facial cosmetic physiotherapy is a specialised, non-invasive approach aimed at improving facial muscle function, circulation, lymphatic drainage, and skin health. It is suitable both for individuals recovering from facial procedures and for those seeking to maintain a natural, healthy, and youthful appearance without reliance on injectables. Prices starting at €110.
Treatment focuses on optimising facial muscle balance, reducing tension, enhancing blood flow, and supporting lymphatic drainage — all of which contribute to improved facial symmetry, tone, and a natural glow.
Through gentle manual techniques, neuromuscular re-education, posture correction, and personalised facial exercises, we help support long-term facial health, expression, and function while promoting sustainable, natural results.
Every programme follows four steps.
Assessment. We look at your facial symmetry, muscle tone, jaw and neck tension, posture and areas of puffiness. Most faces are slightly uneven, and small imbalances in how muscles work can show over time.
Your remodelling plan. Based on the assessment, we agree what to focus on and how many sessions make sense.
Hands-on treatment. Each session combines facial sculpting, manual therapy for tight muscles, and lymphatic facial massage to ease puffiness. Where it suits you, we include buccal massage.
Exercises for home. You leave with a short routine of facial exercises and self-massage, so the work continues between sessions.
How the treatment works?
Lymphatic drainage is a light, rhythmic technique that encourages fluid to move away from areas where it collects, such as under the eyes and along the jaw. Many clients notice their face looks less puffy and more defined after a session. We build it into every facial treatment, and it can also be booked on its own.
Buccal Massage
Buccal massage works on the muscles of the cheeks and jaw from both outside and inside the mouth, using gloved hands. Reaching the muscles from inside lets us release tension that outside massage can't easily reach, particularly in the jaw and cheeks. It is optional, and we always explain it first and ask before including it.
What it can help with?
Facial puffiness and fluid retention
Jaw tension and clenching
Facial imbalances and uneven muscle tone
A tired or heavy look around the eyes and jawline
Tension from stress, screen posture or teeth grinding
Maintaining results between cosmetic treatments
Patient’s Reviews
I had facial cosmetic physio with Ghazi and honestly couldn't recommend him more highly. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect going in, but from the beginning he was incredibly informative, professional and reassuring. He took the time to explain the process in detail, which immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience feel tailored. It's completey non-invasive yet so effective.
I spend a lot of time studying and sitting at a desk and I hadn't realised how much tension I was carrying in my face and jaw until the session began. After just one session, my face felt lighter, more relaxed and noticeably lifted. It's rare to find something that delivers both therapeutic and aesthetic benefits so effectively. I'll definitely be booking again.

He thoroughly explained how the treatment worked, what it would feel like, and the results I could realistically expect.
The session was completely tailored to my individual needs, which made it feel both personal and professional. After just one session, the results were amazing - people were instantly commenting on the difference in my appearance!
I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone wanting to improve their facial composition naturally, without injectables. I’m already looking forward to my next session!
